This agreement is governed by the laws of Ontario, CANADA. All clip art, graphics, animation, photos, sound and program files are the property of New Vision Technologies Inc. dba. CoolCLIPS.com, and are protected by international copyright law. New Vision grants you a single-user, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use TASK FORCE and NVTech branded files and products under the following terms and conditions. TERMS & CONDITIONS You may install the necessary program files to use this software on one non-networked computer. Additional network site licenses are available for purchase by calling (613) 727-8184. You may not share, rent, lease, loan, transfer, resell or grant any right to use this product with unlicensed users. You may not claim copyright on any works derived from, or incorporating the original content files. You may not distribute any part of this product within, or as part of another product or software application, without first obtaining written permission from New Vision Technologies Inc. You may not post or upload images and clip content from this product to Bulletin Boards, the Internet, Intranets, Usenet, Newsgroups, the WorldWide Web, or any other public forum, without first obtaining written permission from New Vision Technologies Inc. You may upload images to a location (such as an ISP), providing they have been incorporated into a presentation, publication, or Web document, which discourages extraction of the original content, via electronic (or any other) means. We encourage you to acknowledge the original source for any of the clip content contained in this product, whenever it is convenient to do so. Defective materials will be replaced free of charge, provided the defective materials are returned to us, with an original receipt of purchase within thirty days. In no event will New Vision Technologies Inc., or any of its subsidiaries, be held liable for any damages, including loss of data, lost profits, cost of cover, or any other incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use of, or failure or inability to use this product, however caused, and on any theory of liability. This limitation applies even if New Vision Technologies Inc., or any authorized representative or reseller has been advised of the possibility of such damage. You acknowledge that the license fee (original purchase transaction) reflects this allocation of risk. |
